Have you gotten more comfortable with your screens than with another person?(Or even yourself?) Do you feel like you need to edit yourself to be likeable or even loveable?

Group work offers self-transformation through the power of relationship.

Since our deepest hurt came through relationship; our deepest healing comes through relationship. Group creates a container in which you can see the relational patterns you’re caught in, and then provides the tools and space for you to explore other options.

In group there is time for movement, time for dyad (2 people) or triad (3 people) work, time for work in the larger group, and time for closure. The group of peers creates a safe and supportive space in which participants can help each other, and learn more about themselves in relationship to each other. The facilitator creates the general structure for the process, guiding activities and proposing interventions intended to support participants in making their own connections about how they get in their own way.
